This feature-rich newspaper-style template gives you ample of space to display your content. Zinmag Tribune, a 4 column template, has two navigation bars, the top one above the header can be used to put your contact, home, archives links etc. While the one below the header has a dropdown menu to put all your categories and sub-sections.
The header is simple with the subscribe to your feed option on the right side of the text. A useful feature on Zinmag Tribune is the content scroller, where you can place your featured content or top posts. Below it is a content glider, which is quite appealing. When you hover on the image, the headline and a small description of the post appears at the bottom, and of course your readers can glide through your latest content.
Then are four boxes to add more content and each one has the expandable post feature enabled, and after that is another mini-post section, Zinmag Tribune definitely has lot of features. The top of the sidebar has video section too, so all your favorite videos can be uploaded here.
A regular feature on many blogs is an ad section to put your sponsors or display ads. Below it comes the tabber, which makes the blog look lot neater. Then the sidebar disects into two columns, giving you a chance to experiment with your content.That's not it, Zinmag Tribune has a bottom column which is divided into three sections. You can play around with the design, and make the maximum use of the space. If you have news-based blog, then Zinmag Tribune fits the bill.

Okay, I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much about blogger templates, so forgive me if I sound stupid. I tried installing this and I keep getting an error message about the XML not being parsed well.
Here's the error message from Blogger:

I have no clue how to fix this and I've looked at the coding, but I don't see anything that looks out of the ordinary. I know the basics of HTML (I can do simple paragraphs, tables and links and stuff...) but when I get into the actual coding of something like this, I get confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I LOVE this template and would love to be able to use it on my blog.

I have the same problem as creativechaos.
I do love if this template can be published on my blog as it is just wonderful and nice to be applied as a bulletin or a tribune.

@ Jay and Venni - I hope you have set the glider and scroller in the right way from Edit HTML.
For the featured content scroller -
In 'Edit HTML' tab, under div class=panel you can add your links and images, and it shud start working. :)
For the featured content glider, go to 'Edit HTML' tab, and search for div class='glidecontent and below that you can post your images and description.
This should solve your problem.:)
I've tried this template and loving it, there's just one problem, the pop menus are working fine using other browsers; but using IE7, pops ups are goes under the POST-DESCRIPTION-HERE section, any clue how to fix this?

In the .xml file there is "IMAGE-LINK-HERE/minibg.pg" and in the downloaded folder I don't find any "minibg". Is it .jpg or .png?

@ Chase - Firstly upload the images given in the download folder to photobucket then add those links in Edit Html, for eg, the first image is user.png, search for that in Edit Html and add your link where IMAGE-LINK-HERE is given. Similarly with javascripts, you need to upload all of them on a js hosting site and add those links in Edit Html. For eg - the first js is superfish.js, upload that, and add the link in Edit html. Let me know if you have any more issues.
