CSS Heaven I is a lovely 3 column theme made by Free CSS Template and ported to blogger by Templates Novo Blogger.
I liked the layout and colour scheme of this blog template; its neat and compact. Lets get into the details of it - the blog title and search box are above the horizontal menu bar, while below it comes the header image of 980x170 pixels, if you want to change it, simply go to Edit Html and look for the below image url ans replace it with your own -

Now in the main column summarized posts appear automatically with thumbnail images and link to read the complete article. Lastly, this theme also includes a footer column to display 'About Me' or 'About the Blog' and other blogger widgets of your choice.
