I'm going to run through this template from start to end, after a long time since a template has got me excited enough to do it. The main colours are Black and Orange, the other colours are white and blue. We start off with an orange header with a title in white with a RSS icon on the right hand side of the header with a mirror effect.
Below the header is the navigational menu, where the links are in a deep orange shade on the black navigational bar. They can be easily added from the page elements, now just under that the page breaks up into three columns where you can add page elements from the dashboard once again, which is just amazing.
Then you have the main posts section with a white background, a thin post headline in orange with blue labels under it, the end of the post bears the comments link with the same colour. The top right of the post background bears a folded page design.
The sidebar on the right is divided into two parts, every section header, bars etc has a different gradient of black and some round corners can be seen in places. The footer has another section to add an element and also holds a scroll to the top icon.
The package comes with the icons in them in case you need them, as well as additional instructions in Spanish.

So if I apply this template will I still be able to use the Layout page to add and remove page elements?
There are a whole bunch of errors on the template that I don't know how to fix. Any tips?

Visited the post and well the gap on the top is because u havent filled in the navagation menu links.
Apart from that i think you would have a problem since the required amount of widgets were less.
The number of comments is shown above the comments link you might want to play with the color.
You can get the Nav bar to show up, just google "hide blogger nav bar" and you should be able to figure out what needs to be done by looking at that.
