Blue Marine Blogger Theme edit post

Posted by Clyde On Saturday, May 17, 2008
The Blue Marine Template was orginally a wordpress template by Dezinerfolio and then converted to blogger by Jacky Supit.
Blue Marine Blogger Theme
A wonderful modern looking template with navigational links on the right hand side with the blog title on the left. Just under the header are three rounded boxes which can assist in navigation except for the last box which holds the feed, technorati and digg icons, very beautiful I must add.

The post date and headlines are nicely done with comments icon on the left. What you will notice is that this template does not have the labels in the post, which gives it a neat design, but makes me wonder if the related articles hack and stuff like that will work.

The sidebar of this template is a masterpiece, every section of this has a nicely flowing drop down. So it makes it look very compact and no need of an additional sidebar. Since every thing that can be compacted, this two column template can fit as much as a three column template in it. The sidebar is a wonderful feature of this template.

Hi...I have downloaded your blue marine template from here http://84productions.blogspot.com/2008/06/blue-marine-latest-fresh-blogger.html
and I have uploaded all images to my googlepages. but I got error message from blogger. it says [Your template is invalid because the tag 'b:section' appears inside of the tag 'head'.]
    can you help me?

    thanks

    Hey Amrielle,

Its really quite simple, all you need to do is move the contents of the 'b:section' into the body part of your template.

That should do the trick :) Play around a bit you will get it, all the best. Do let me know if you still have a problem.

    Cheers,
    Clyde

    Shabraniac,

You need to have four widgets while you upload the template.

Perhaps you need to add the menu from the page elements or add links in it.

I actuall have one of my blogs using it and it works fine take a look at this blog it works fine there.

    Cheers,
    Clyde

Thanks for the blogger templates! I used blue marine for my blog at Do Tell Me. Thanks for the helpful instructions!

  7. How to upload the image to googlesites?
By attachment or create the page one by one?
I cannot upload the .js file too.
Which part of b.section we had to transfer?

    Thank you.

  8. which part I must add widget?

    hey,

You can create a free google site and then go to attachment and attach an image, you can also upload your .js files here and its free of cost.

You need to move the contents of the 'b:section' into the body part of your template from the 'head' tag. Hope this solves your problem.
