Finding templates for niche blogs really is quite a task for blogspot, so I try to add them as soon as I find them. Thanks to Blogger Tricks we now have a new template that caters to blogs catering to the furniture bloggers. Also thanks for the heads up about the templates Kranti!
The template boasts of a furniture design, with a massive sofa in the header on the top left of that are some blog buttons and under the sofa on the right is the RSS button. The post date of each post is located on the top left, a nice neat section while the comment count is displayed at the bottom right of the post.
The top right corners of the post sections and side bar sections have a nice neat fold apart from that theres nothing extra ordinary except that it suits the theme very well.

Hi, the template is not working anymore. :(
The photo tabs used in the template is not being shown by photobucket. It instead says:
UPGRADE TO PRO TODAY! BANDWIDTH EXCEEDED.
:(
I think your template is great. I'm using it for my personal blog. I just can't figure out how to get comments to appear. Any suggestions? Thanks.
@ iamkayan
the images are provided upload and replace
@ syd
search for <b:include data='post' name='comments' /> and add the following code immediately below it <b:include data='post' name='comment-form'/>

Wow! nice template! i'm lovin' it.
Can help?
1. how to change the timestamp bar to wording instead of showing the time and date?
2. how to change the daggling leg picture?
3. how to self-arrange entries under catagories sidebar instead of auto-arrange by times entry?
thank you very much if anyone can help me on the above. thank you.
@ Mirjana
you need to upload the images on a service like imageshack, please watch the guide in the video section above on how to upload a template
@natenczas
I could help you if I understood you, but it doesnt seem like i do
@idesign
1. Watch the video http://www.bloggerblogtemplates.com/2009/01/undefined-error-embedded-comment-form.html
2. You can change the pic from the edit html and replace it with your own
3. You will have to use the link list widget and manually add the categories you want and remove the current label widget
Hey,
I really love the design, and I have two questions.
First, how do I change the date header to show date and not the timestamp.
Second, is there anyway I can get the comment count before the actual comment text? So "(0) comments" instead of "comments(0) as it is now"?
Great template!
Halvard
@htook
I dont understand your first question, both the timestamp and the datestamp have the same options so what exactly do you want. The template may not accept all the options as well.
Yes it is possible to be done, you will have to get into edit html expand widgets, skip the style sheet and look for the word comments until you find what you are looking for then a simple repositioning of the text and code will do it
clyde,
if i have a long post title, it's wrapping right over the label list and author information. is there a way around this easily in the css? if so, can you provide the relevant snippet?
@ Hotseat
you don't have the footer credits, have fun trying to figure it out!
Hello,
it appears your photobucket account is inactive. can you please log in again? thank you
@ google
replace the image links with your own ones, watch the video on how to do it if you do not know how.
It can be found in the video guide section in the menu above
Hi Clyde,
I can't get the RSS Subscribe button to work properly. I've edited the HTML template with the feed info from feedburner but although the link plainly says:
(bra)a href='feeds.feedburner.com/TheEmpoweredVoice'(ket)
the link is actually reverting to:
http://empoweredvoice.blogspot.com/feeds.feedburner.com/TheEmpoweredVoice
and I can't figure out why... Any suggestions?
Thanks!
@ TEV
i enjoyed ur post on waris dirie also you need to also put the http://
in feeds.feedburner .....
welcome :D
I LOVE using this template but am interested in adding a column on the left side of the main column. How would I do this?
@ sarah
to add another column u need to either need to expand all the images and outer wrapper prior to adding the third column
if you look for how to add a column on blogger you will find a basic procedure that needs to be followed and then you need to customize the column with ur own css
u will need to adjust margins and padding, that can be a pain :D
