The Aspire blogger template is s beautiful template with tiny designs in embedded into the multi column parchment design. As you can see the template now, all the columns are made out of parchment. There are neat embroidery like designs in various places that gives it a very nice aesthetic feeling.
The Aspire template is a three column template with both the additional sidebars on the right hand side. Its color combination is brown, dark brown and black. The links just above the main blog column are hardly noticeable, it would be advisable to change them to a lighter color.
All in all this template has a very unique outlook and I just love the post date icons, look at the design above the date its beautiful. Even the comments notification has a nice little enclosure for it that I like.

This is like very nice and beautiful template, it has antique look and enough space for future use. even at the Date and time display place we can keep visitors count for that post. Now I am working on that. If anybody wants live example for this template visit to my blog, there I am using this beautiful template for my personal blog and also I blogged about how to solve date display problem.
Way to go Navin, people who find a problem can also look at "jack books post date" js
I have not checked your method but kudos for giving people an easy alternative.
The link to naveens date issue is here you guys can check his method out!
Thanks Naveen!
I thought this template came with a calender widget. Can anyone tell me how to get the calender.
Thanks
Hey Brian,
You can find out how to put a calendar widget here.
Cheers,
Clyde
FriedClyde,
I tried using Navin's method, and it didn't work. I also tried looking up the Jack Books post date js, with no luck. Can you lend me a hand?
thanks!
@ Bushel
Invite me to your blog and I can try!
Cheers,
Clyde
How do I insert a "Post a Comment" element such as this one into the template? Thanks.
maxaira@gmail.com
Hey Jim,
I visited your blog, there already is post a comment element at the end of a post:) you dont need to insert anything!
Cheers
Bhavika, thanks for your interest, but when I view the blog, the "Post a comment" such as the one I'm writing in here is not there. Any suggestions?
J.D.
@ Jim
search for <b:include data='post' name='comments' /> and add the following code immediately below it <b:include data='post' name='comment-form'/>
thats the way to fix the comments part
The "comments" guy is back! Does anyone have any idea why all the nice brown area at the top plus the "parchment" sections would just suddenly disappear when they have been working so well for the past couple of months? Would appreciate any input to fix this one. Thanx.
@ Jim
I took a look at your blog, are the images hosted on your server?? If not thats one of the reasons why it can happen...
Does anyone know how to make the header image box enabled? I've used the Aspire blogger template for awhile, and even though I load up an image in the header box thing, it doesn't show up with this template.
Very frustrated. lol
@ Gary Anderson - hey, what header image box are you referring to? You want to change the header image, let us know.
everything is fine..except the date.....could anyone please help me with it.. the method specified by Mr.Naveen is not working.....
@ Shankar - You can refer to our blogger tutorial to solve this date issue. Here's the link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_MGvzoPvmg&feature=player_embedded

on your own hosting service
I click on the "Post Comment" button and I don't get the box to add comments. Any Ideas? I did the search for "b:include data='post' name='comments'" and it said it was not found.

I just uploaded this template and the blogger bar at the top (Follow Share ....Dashboard Sign Out) is gone. I have to go to someone else's blog to sign in and then get into my dashboard through a back door.
What went wrong and how do I fix it?
Thanks.
@ Jenn
you need to make your navbar vissible again, look in your edit html
for something called navbar...if u see some code like
/* === Hide the NavBar === */
it also ends with that, delete it and you will have the navbar back
Cheers
I deleted the portion that you said. The left half of the navbar came back - but it's still missing the right side that says "dashboard...sign in". Any other thoughts?
Thanks!
@ Jenn

Heya,
All the graphic elements of the template seem to have disappeared. I re-uploaded the template and did not change a thing, yet the problem persists.
Thanks
