So whats great about this theme? You will probably notice the sharp design and as the name of this template suggests this template puts the spot light on the advertisements it contains. This template allows you to have a 468*60 advertisement straight up in the header.
There is accommodation for three 125*125 ads in the sidebar as well as your usual skyscraper ads can be placed in the lower columns of the sidebar. An ad sense advertisement has also been placed on top of the blog posts which most templates allow you to, I suggest you place your ads in the post instead, they convert better there.
Apart from that this template features a navigational menu and a search bar in the same strip under the header. The search function does not have a go button as well which makes it look crisper. Above the three ad boxes in the sidebar you have the subscribe to links for your RSS feed and to subscribe your newsletter. It also has an add to technorati favorites button making your job easier.
Some other features to be noted are the built-in live traffic feed widget from Feedjit, a recent visitors widget for MyBlogLog and BlogCatalog users as well as a recent posts and comments widget in the sidebar.

@ HealthLife13 - You can add your header image, go to Design--Page Elements, click on Edit-- Header and then upload an image and save. In case you dont want the ad banner in the header, then access Edit Html, search for this code, delete it and save the template.
