The iTheme template was originally designed by N.Design Studio for wordpress and then converted by Blog and Web to blogger for us.

The iTheme template is a very sleek looking template that provides a transparent feel to its sidebar. This is a two column template with a detached search bar on the top left, on the main column are the navigational links on a neat section just below the header text.

On a mouse hover the navigational menu gets a blue colour similar to that of the page background. The sidebar has sections that are divided once again where the back ground can be seen in between the different sections.

Just like the iphone this template looks good and is not feature rich, its an elegant template with a nice user interface and thats where it ends. You may be more interested in the iTheme Techno template that is a modified version of this theme that includes drag and relocate sidebar elements.

There's a dearth of green themes for blogger and thanks to akOOgle who converted this skin to blogger we have a beautiful wordpress theme called Green Bug created by Got Chance and Nitrogen Designs.


I'm a nature freak and if you are an eco blogger this template would suit your needs, this two column template has some artistic grass in the header and the navigational menu under it on a green bar. With a hover the tiny icons besides the menu links turn green as well.

The sidebar is on the left which I feel makes it easier to use rather than a right hand sidebar. Each link and label get a tiny little green bug on the left hand side besides it, that makes the templates eco friendly nature literally stand out.

If you move onto the main column the font is really precise with a nice big post title. A separator below the headline with the post time, label, author as well as the comments link all at the start of the post makes this template unique.

It's quite rare to find blogger templates with just one column, thanks to Jack Supit who converted this template that was originally designed for wordpress by Mauricio from Themey.

The blog has the shape of the iphone with a very beautiful header image and some neat navigational menu links under it. But that's where the beauty of this template ends, unless you are willing to customize it a little.

If you see the colour of the post titles is dull grey that kindof blends with the colour of the background of the template. Hence it becomes very difficult to read the titles as well as the dark pink colour links make it quite obnoxious.

There is a search bar in the footer that I suggest you convert into atleast a two column footer to make more use of the space, apart from the colour of the links and the headers this template is definetly a blog worthy single column template.

An original blogger templated created by E.Khan-Edwardian who has focused on a clean simple adsense friendly template.

The Black and White Template is a simple wire frame kind of three column template. It has Black and white structure and the link colour is the normal hyper link blue that people are recommended to use for adsense to improve their CTR.

So basically the template blends the ads very wel with the hyperlink content, apart from that the template has a very neat feel to it with its precise black borders to seperate the different containers. The sidebar has a two and a single column section which makes it useful for various widgets and elements.

There is a cross column section in the footer that allows the addition of multiple widgets if you can create a table. Apart from that the footer is very simple, it could have been better if it was a three column footer.

Another lovely Wordpress template designed by Design Disease the same guys who designed the Dilecto template which this blog uses, the Blogging Pro theme was then converted to blogger by eblogtemplates.
Now this template is quite a beautiful one especially with the little bit of customizations done. The main navigational menu is on the top left above the header while the right has a search bar with a nice little blurb that extends over the header section. Under the header is a place to have a leader board advertisement which is perfect placement for a neat advert in the blog template, although I am not sure about how well it will get clicks, on the left hand side are three neat buttons for your RSS feed and you can customize this to something else as well.

Your sidebar is broken up into two parts just under the cross column that contains your advertisement and rss, the sidebar also has a section where it becomes a single column, this template is very beautiful is it not and the footer is gorgeous as well.

To customize your advertisment code you will need to search for < div class=”Syndicate” > in edit html and then you will find the advertisment code there for the leaderboard ad. The timestamp fromat has to be “Tuesday, January 25,2008" and the feedlinks can be replace by searching for YOUR-FEED-NAME-HERE.

The Newspaper template was given to us by Chromatic Sites which builds wordpress themes, it was then converted to blogger by Gosu Blogger

This template is a minimal style three column template with a newspaper like layout, the navigational menu is above the header on the left hand side. On both sides of the header text in the center you have parts to put adsense advertisements, which is quite a different.

Under the navigational menu there is a cross column section that extends from the left to the right and contains the search bar and the users location.There sidebars are on either side of the main column and if you notice the entire template is basically white with black font except a few parts in the main column get a little bit of blue.

Since this template lacks images it will load super fast, although this template is simple it still has a very unique feel to it and is good for bloggers who have journalistic instincts.

The Leila template was brought to blogger by fresh blogger templates and was originally created by Kapikua, he uses this template for his blog and it can be seen in the screen shot below.
This template has a well designed structure, apart from being a three column template. One of the most evident features of this template is the the comment, label and social bookmarking area which comes in a nice black rounded section.

The navigational menu is situated on top of the header image on the left hand side, while a search bar is donned on the top right hand side of the sidebar. The colour scheme of this template is quite beautiful and in the wordpress version the sidebar has two columns as well as a single column section, I am not too sure if the blogger version has the same.
