Grunged Girl is created for blogger by Skin Corner. Its a 3 column template with a nice colour scheme and neat layout.
The template header is nice designed based on forest theme, except the girl, and the blog title and blog tagline appears in the middle of the header. Below it is a horizontal menu bar and on the left is an integrated search box.

The main column has the date stamp right on top followed by the post headline and below that is the author name and time stamp. Each headline has got a flower image on the side, which adds to the feel of the blog. The comments are placed at the end of the post, and there is also a Top icon on the side, so your readers can click on it and directly move to the top of the blog.

The two sidebars appear on the left and right of the main column. The left column has a subscribe icon, followed by the default Recent posts and Archives. Similarly the right sidebar has the default Recent Comments widget and labels, which you can modify to suit your needs.

Overall its a decent theme to use for a nature or a personal blog.

We are proud of Dante Araujo who has created the first video template for blogger, blogger tube!

Blogger never really had a design meant for blogs that were dedicated to hosting video, but that has changed now and video hosting sites on blogger have not got a make shift design but a fully functional elegant design that looks extremely professional.

Now if we move from the looks to just talking about features this template is going to blow you away. All you need is the url of the youtube video and you are ready to go. The template then automatically generates the video thumbnail as well as the featured slider on top, cutting down on a lot of manual work.

There have been lot of complaints on the thumbnails and the slider not working properly, but it has been fixed. Go to Edit Html, search for these codes -

Download them and upload it on a js hosting service of your choice, and replace the code with the new one.

Apart from that the template also embeds the video on the post page, with a size that fits the width of the page automatically, which is just freaking awesome! This template also has an inbuilt video rating system where your viewers can inform you as to how much they enjoyed each video.

To get this template working is rather simple, in every post you will see this code. "endofvid" [starttext] [endtext]

"endofvid" : This command tells the template that your video URL has finished, so you need to paste your URL just before it, without any spaces!

[starttext] and [endtext] : These are your post content wrapper, all the text that you would like to add to the post or pictures any content has to be between these two commands. If you happen to put anything out of these two lines, it will not show on your post.

So your post page should look like the image below.

Remember this template is built for YouTube, so other videos cannot be automatically embedded am not sure if its possible either. But Dante states he will be working on one for all kinds of videos. Till then if you like this theme go ahead and download it from the link below!

If you are a football lover and want to write about it, then Template Futebol is the perfect theme for you. Its a 3 column template, that's an original creation of Templates Novo blogger.

Its a professional looking theme that has an interesting layout. The header includes a horizontal menu bar to add your categories, the image of the grass and football looks quite nice. Below it is the search box, drop-down menu for post labels or tags and the subscribe icons.

To activate the search form, find the following code in Edit Html and add your blog url.

Blue Mania is a 2 column theme converted to blogger by TeknoMobi, and originally designed by SkinPress.
Blue Mania is a pleasant theme comprising shades of blue and a simple layout. Right at the top is the navigation bar with the drop down menu, so you can also add sub-categories to it. To access it, go to Edit Html and look for the following code and add the relevant links. Test 1 is the sub-category, so you can add the page url and title there.

Creative by Nature is an artistic theme, originally designed by CSS Mayo and converted to blogger by BloggerThemes. Many new converters have emerged on the blogger platform, which is a good sign as there are more choices available for bloggers.
The header of Creative by Nature template is a mish mash of various things that resembles an artist's table. Also part of the header image is a menu bar to display your categories.

Below that is a welcome note for your readers, followed by a section where you can exhibit your work or photos, so you can put up your best work in those three boxes. While in the main column the date stamp appears below the headline and the labels, comments, author and time stamp is at the end of the post. The single sidebar has a simple layout where you can add the categories of your choice. This template also comes with a 3 column footer so you have additional space to display maximum content, maybe you can add a flickr stream to your blog as well. Overall its a nice theme for an art, personal or creative work blog.

Even though we have come across feature rich templates for blogger like the Zinmag templates from Jinsona, the work template created for blogger but todays template by Amanda goes one notch ahead.

What makes this template special is a feature that is seen in most wordpress templates has finally been brought to Blogger. The featured section on this template is automated, all you have to do is assign the label "Featured" and voila the latest post with that label will be displayed in the Featured article section.

Just above the featured post section is the menu that spans the entire width of the blog, it ends with a subscribe button that links to your blogs feed automatically.

The post area is groovy as well, it has auto read more, it also pulls up and generates a thumbnail image from your blogs post. It also has a very nice hover on effect that highlights the entire post summary and elements of the mini post as you can see the red highlight below. The colors of this as well can be easily customized.

The template ends with a bang, featuring a very powerful footer section, two rows that are widget enabled and a column that has built in social media icons like facebook, twitter etc.

The other row has a section where you could either have an about me or give your visitors a description of your blog!

Once again a design by Jinsona has been ported to blogger by Cahaya, except that its a light version of the wordpress theme Androida.

Unlike the wordpress version the template does not feature the slider on top nor does the theme have the three large miniposts displayed on the homepage. Another attractive feature is the hover on effect for the menu bar just under the header.

So the Androida template for blogger features the same look with the header and same functions as the footer. The menu bar is placed below the header and then comes a two column mini post section in the main post area.

The side bar on the left has nothing out of the blue, starts off with a search bar and breaks up into two columns making this theme fall in the four column template category.

The footer is widget enabled and allows you to add your own or use the existing widgets, overall this turns out to be a simple four column theme that you can easily customize the header to suit your blogs theme.

Kaleidoscope is created by EZwpthemes and brought to blogger by Theme Craft.
This 2 column template has different sketches of flowers and patterns which makes it an artistic theme. The blog title goes right on top, below that is a short box to include a welcome note for your readers.

While the RSS feed icon is placed on the left, the menu bar is on the right of it. Also below the menu bar is a search box. The main column looks like a torn paper from a diary and each post has the social bookmarking icons at the end of it.

The single sidebar, though a bit narrow, can be used to add Archives, labels, about me etc. At the bottom of the template comes the Recent Posts and Recent Comments tabs. To activate that you access Layout-Page Elements, then click on 'Edit' of ‘Recent Posts’ and paste the code below into the gadget -

Design Studio is a groovy template designed by Blogger Themes. Its a single column colorful theme suited for a music, dance, chillout or a party blog.

The header is quite long due to the jazzy image, you can add your blog title on its right and below that is the menu bar for your categories, that blends with the theme.

There is a 3 column box placed right below the header that gives you sufficient space to display your content. So you can use that for Recent Posts, comments, labels etc.

The single rounded column has the date stamp on top, whearas the labels, comments, author and time stamp is at the bottom of the post. The column is broad enough to add images as well in your post. Since the background image is heavy, it takes time to load the first time.

After you download the template, make sure you upload all the images of the theme on a image-sharing site of your choice. You can refer to our video tutorial to upload the images from the xml file and changing the image urls in Edit Html.

Designed by Paddsolutions, Mainam Template is converted to blogger by a new porter, Anshul.
The 3 column template allows you to add a header image or just your blog logo, the two menu bars are placed above and below the header. You can add the relevant links from Layout-Page Elements.

In the main column each post appears in a box, with the headline on top, short description of the post and post details like labels, date stamp, comments and author name outside the box. The Read More feature is integrated in the template.

The sidebar has huge space devoted to ads or sponsor links at the top, and then the column is divided into two. The second column is narrow as compared to the third column, so you can divide the blogger widgets as per its content.

The Creative Press theme is an originally created for wordpress by Jinsona and ported to blogger by Cahaya Biru.

As you may be familiar with Jinsona's style, this template is a full power theme that incorporates a lot of Jazzy features like the slider. For some reason this template structure resembles another of Jinsona's design the Scarlett theme. Perhaps because of the search button in the header section.

Although the creative press is functionally robust it does manage to fit into the slick design category, a good reason for that is the single drop down rather than a double and the open slider design gives it a free feeling.

The laptop in the header makes this blog suitable for a tech website and just above that the menu navigation and blog title on the top left is seen. The main column starts off with a welcome to the blog section.

Then you have the featured posts which I think is integrated with the main posts, maybe I am wrong. The posts on the home page have an automatic read more function. The right hand side holds a single sidebar that then breaks up into two. The sidebar starts off with a widget displaying the recent posts and below that is a twitter update display.

The ad that lies in the sidebar seems to be out of place as its not inline with the twitter section. This can be worked around, finally the sidebars break into two columns and the blog ends with a widget enabled footer section.

Ocean Kid is a 2 column template created by EZWpthemes and converted to blogger by Theme Craft.
Its a cute aqua theme suitable for children, animal or a personal blog. The template starts with the header image where you can place your blog title and description, next to it is the menu bar, the RSS icon is designed in the form of a floating leaf, and also included is a search box on top right.

In the main column the labels appear below the headline, date is on the side of it, while the comments come at the end of the post. This theme also includes social bookmarking icons like digg, twitter, delicious etc.

The sidebar has a welcome note on top, if you want to include one for your readers, following which you can add blogger widgets suited to your theme. This template also includes 2 columns in the footer, which is very neatly placed.

The sidebar has a welcome message on top and then the column divides into two, where you can put in blogger widgets of your choice. Cosmetic Girl theme is suited for your beauty, fashion, cosmetic, gossip or even a personal diary blog.
