This is a gorgeous curvy two column blogger template that is quite simple once again, but the the colours used make it extremely elegant.

There is a flowery pattern at the back of the header and it extends behind the top sides of the sidebar and main column. The template has no additional features apart from the colours and the looks theres nothing to it. Even the bottom is rounded of the main column. If you like it you can download it from below.

The dream light template was created by Se7en and the beautiful image in the header was created by Elisabeth Perotin.

The Dream Light skin is a relatively simple two column blogger template except for the fact that the template have a gorgeous header that gives it a very musical feel.

Take a look at the psychedelic music for a demonstration of this template. It really suits a musical or dance theme, it has a very hippy silohuette dancing in the moon light.

Apart from that the blog only comes with an rss feature built in, it will require you to manually add all the other features that most blogs have nowdays. Although if you appreciate the finer arts of life you may like this template.

The Standard Issue template was designed for Wordpress by Node Thirty Three and Free CSS Templates and was converted to blogger by Template Godown.


I think this two column template is what I would like to use for a photo blog, its simplistic nature makes it excellent to showcase content and photographs without any distractions.

The template is based on white with touches of lime green and navy blue borders, just above the header and before the footer stars. The navigational menu is on the top right hand side over the sidebar which are a couple of links that have a lime green underline when a mouse hovers, its quite a nice color.

Just below that is a nice flushed search widget at the top of the sidebar, then you can have your link lists or widgets there as well.

If you take a look at the footer, once again its a three column footer. These footers are quite nice as they can hold a lot of page elements and I see a trend of people using them or creating blogs with a three column footer.

The Identity template was created for blogger for Wordpress by Blogohblog and converted to blogger by Akoogle.

The Identity blogger template is a three column template that has a different design, comprising of black and white as its main colours. What makes this template different is the white from the main column that hovers over the black sidebar giving it a separate box to place your widgets.

The navigational menu is under the header on the left hand side the tabs are attached to the main column and turn white when selected with black text. The search bar is located over the white space hovering over the sidebar. Below the white space the column breaks into two sidebars that you can use for your links lists blogroll or skyscraper advertisements.

The template has some luscious curves at the corners everywhere and looks very beautiful with minimal use of colour, the template makes use of two java script widgets that need to be present before or after installation.

In the above widget you need to replace your RSS feedburner link with the one mentioned above. You would also need to configure your blog post as shown in the image below, basically you need to unselect the first check box - date header.

Another template designed for blogger by a very well know person who has been providing wonderful hacks for blogger, Amanda.
This template is very elegant, sleek and modern. It has no images to ensure a super fast load, it has a technicolour approach with red, black and grey giving it a very artistic feel to it.

The overall design and placement of buttons advertisements spots and the look of the post date make this one of the most unique templates every designed for blogger. The top of this template is black, below that is red with a navigational menu, under that is your post area on the left, the first sidebar houses two ad spots, under that is a box for your widgets or text, above the ads are three very well made icons for your home about and contact.

On the extreme right is a thinner sidebar where you can put whatever you feel like, that's not where it ends. If you take a look at the footer below you have three nice fat columns to use. This template can really hold a lot of stuff in it and I'm glad its an original and not a converted templates, thanks to Amanda, you rock!

The Soo Simple template has been ported to blogger by Gosu Blogger and created for wordpress by YGO, like the name suggests its soo simple.

This template features a red header image with a design, a footer that has the same red design as the sidebar headers have in the screen shot above.

The Soo Simple blogger template is a three column template that has a minimalistic design. There is nothing fancy apart from a couple of borders. It has made use of red, black, white and grey for the template skin while the post title has a light blue color.

The Ocean Dancer is an original blogger template, unlike most of the templates that are ripped off from wordpress. So we have to thank the creator Tukang for providing us a template built for Blogspot.
Firstly its rare that a blogger builds a template from scratch for blogspot users. When a template is built for blogspot theres one thing different from a wordpress template. It keeps in mind the needs of a blogspot user perhaps.

If you see the main size column of this template is 474px, this means you can easily fit a 468px advertisement in this template. The top of the sidebar has one big box that can fit three 125 * 125 advertisements side by side.

So this is a good template for someone who is looking to monetize their content, lets take a look at some of the basic features. The navigational menu links are on top of the header, I actually prefer them below the header, but they have a nice alternating color scheme.

The header image has a nice rounded shape with a search bar located under it on the right hand side. The template uses blue and white, while the sidebar and a few places get a bit of black. The font color on the main page is grey, so is the date and time stamp, which is quite tiny.
