Grunge Blogger Theme edit post

Grunge theme is ported to blogger by Anshul Dudeja and originally designed by Theme Labs.
Grunge Blogger Theme
Grunge is a simple template with a neat layout. It starts with the header where you can add your blog logo or title and description, and includes a navigation bar on the right with hover on effect.

<ul class='topnav'><li class='home-current-item'><a href='HOME URL HERE'>Home</a></li></ul>
<ul class='topnav'><li class='page_item page-item-2'><a href='ABOUT URL HERE'>About</a></li>
<li class='page_item page-item-3'><a href='CONTACT URL HERE' title='Contact'>Contact</a></li>
</ul>

The main column has the date calender widget on the left of post title and the posts have an inbuilt read more hack, so only the intro to the posts shows up on the home page with links to the complete post and number of comments.

To set up the date format and to avoid the undefined error message, refer to this video to add date format correctly.

The sidebar on the right starts with the Subscribe to the blog icon and also subscribe by email, followed by the default widgets of labels and recent posts.

Tequilas Flamejantes, Portuguese name for Tequilas Flame, is a cool photo blog template created by Insight. The 4 column theme allows you to display images in a vertical format.
Tequilas Flamejantes, the Photo Blog Theme
The template has minimalist design and features gallery style display of photos from recent posts. On the home page each image appears with the headline and number of comments.

Its recommended that you use only vertical images in your post or else the image looks distorted. The menu bar appears on top right corner of the theme where you can insert your categories or the default links - Home, Posts RSS, Comments RSS.

While the single sidebar consists 2 tabs to add your About page and Followers list, you can modify that from Layout-Page Elements, and below that are the default blogger widgets. This template also features a 4 column footer and its available in 2 colours - black and yellow.

Matapat is a 2 column theme designed by Paddsolutions and converted to blogger by Anshul.
Matapat Blogger Template
The template features a menu bar on top followed by the blog title on the left and an internal search box. This theme has separate space for the main blog categories namely Home, About and Contact with relevant icons for each section.

The highlight of this theme would be the slider where you can display your top posts or featured content that appears with post title and description. Adjacent to that are twitter, facebook and RSS subscribe buttons. To activate the icons, go to Edit Html and search for the following code -

<ul>
<li class='rss'><span><a href='FEED URL HERE' title='RSS Feed'>Subscribe via RSS</a></span></li>
<li class='email'><span><a href='http://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=YOUR-URI-HERE' title='RSS Email'>Subscribe via Email</a></span></li>
<li class='twitter'><span><a class='icon-twitter' href='http://www.twitter.com/YOUR-URL-HERE'>Follow my Tweets</a></span></li>
<li class='facebook'><span><a class='icon-facebook' href='http://www.facebook.com/YOUR-URL-HERE'>Be my Facebook Fan</a></span></li>
</ul>

Add your links at relevant spots where 'Your URL Here' is mentioned. For the slider to function, you need to access Edit Html and add your links in the code below -

<li class='s3sliderImage' id='featured-1'>
<a href='YOUR-URL-HERE'><img alt='' height='283' src='http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_j82W7u9kZbs/S0tvaDXfqKI/AAAAAAAAA5k/ZrdEi3WisBk/s1600/logo+blog+navidades.jpg' width='660'/></a>
<span class='right'><strong><a href='YOUR-URL-HERE'>POST TITLE</a></strong><br/><p>POST DESCRIPTION</p></span>
</li>

Repeat the step to add more post links in the slider. In the main column each post appears in a summarised format with automatic Read More feature enabled, and at the end of each post there are nice social bookmarking icons installed for your readers to share the post, along with the related posts widget.

The single sidebar can be used to add more blogger widgets. This theme also consists of a three column footer providing you with more space to display your content.

BloggerPress Theme edit post

Insight has designed some really unique blogger templates. This one is Bloggerpress, a 2 column magazine style theme with a neat layout.
Bloggerpress template
Blogger Press starts with the menu bar on top where you can display your 'Home', 'About', 'Contact' links etc. The header space has been used for the blog title, tagline, search box on the right, and a slider to highlight relevant posts. The image size for the slider should be 150 x 100px. Go to Layout--Edit Html and search for the following code -

<div class = 'panel' id = 'panel_1'>

Then you need to add your post link and image url in the code mentioned below -

<div class='panel' id='panel_1'>
<div class='inside'>
<ul class='gallery'>
<li> <a href=' POST LINK'> <img alt='Image 1'src=' IMAGE URL'/> </ a> </ li>
<li> <a href=' POST LINK'> <img alt='Image 2'src=' IMAGE URL'/> </ a> </ li>
<li> <a href=' POST LINK'> <img alt='Image 3'src=' IMAGE URL'/> </ a> </ li>
<li> <a href=' POST LINK'> <img alt='Image 4'src=' IMAGE URL'/> </ a> </ li>
</ ul>
</ div>
</ div>

Below it the latest post is highlighted in a horizontal box, with the headline, summary, automatic image and the read more link. While the remaining posts are displayed in a vertical box format that includes the image, short summary of the post and read more link.

The sidebar starts with the About Me section, and you can insert additional blogger widgets that goes well with your theme. Bloggerpress also has a 3-column footer space to include more features. Overall its a nice template, more like a wordpress theme packed with features.

Green Day Blogger Theme edit post

Green Day is a 2 column template created by EZwpthemes and ported to blogger by Anshul. The template is not named after the band Green Day, but it definitely makes up a wonderful environment-friendly theme.
Green Day Blogger Theme
The header image is made of various eco icons so to say, the stretch of green will feature your blog title and a brief description.

Below it on the right is the internal search box, followed by the horizontal menu bar. The main column has the headline and date stamp on top and other post details like author, time, comments and labels at the bottom of the post.

On uploading the template you might get the undefined error message for the date stamp, to fix that go to Layout--Settings--Formating--Timestamp Format and select the right format. You can also watch this video guide to get further help.

The right sidebar has a welcome note on top with a RSS icon on the side. Below it is a colorful strip to place other blogger widgets like Recent Posts, Comments, Archives, Labels etc.
